What is your turnaround time?
Your order is custom made for you:) I do my best to ship orders out within 3 business days. Turn around times may be longer during holidays and will be posted on the website. A rush order option is available to receive your order sooner. 

Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! Send me an email at hello@wildlarchcreative.com with your idea and we can talk about all the possibilities. A design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the design.

When will my order ship?
I do my best to get orders out as soon as possible. All orders are custom made and will be shipped out within 5 days. Any additional turn around times during holidays will be noted on the website. A rush order option is available to receive your order sooner.  

Do you offer local pick up?
Possibly! DM or email to make arrangements. If local shipping is arranged, shipping will be refunded. 

Can you engrave my logo?
Yes! All logos should be sent in .png or .svg format. Email me at hello@wildlarchcreative.com with any questions.

Can you provide me with a proof before shipping the product?
Upon request, I can provide a digital proof. I am not able to provide an engraved proof. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All orders are custom made for you so cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to me directly at hello@wildlarchcreative.com.

Do you ship internationally? 
Currently I ship only within the United States.

I haven't received my item - what do i do? 
Check with USPS (or UPS) to make sure the item has been delivered. If so, check with your neighbors to make sure they haven't accidentally received it. Unfortunately, once USPS or UPS picks up the package, I have no control over it. Tracking numbers are provided with each shipment - but unfortunately I can't speed up delivery. 

Do you offer wholesale?
Absolutely for stores & boutiques! Give me a shout at hello@wildlarchcreative.com. Minimums apply. 

Do you ship internationally?
Currently I ship only within the United States and Canada.
